The complex offers more than any other property in Vanuatu:

  • Extensive landscaped gardens surround the complex with native palms and bright colours. A valley and natural cave in the limestone cliffs are accessible.   In times of bad weather the cave on the property was used by the local inhabitants to shelter in.   A putting green is also incorporated in the gardens.
  • A recreation room and gym overlooking the garden and beyond to the view of Erakor Island is situated on the car park level. It is well-equipped with treadmills, bikes and other quality equipment. A pool table and table tennis table are also in the recreation room. Just outside the gym and overlooking the South Easterly view, residents are able to enjoy a large under-cover entertaining area.
  • The swimming pool area comprises an 18 x 5 metre pool, deeper at one end with a diving board, and shallow at the other end for about 10 metres allowing use for in-pool water sports, together with a second shallow connecting pool for sitting and relaxing in.  There are also two waterfall features. It is solar heated in winter and partially screened by high walls.  The pool is surrounded by outdoor furniture and fenced to ensure safety for young children.
  • Situated between the pool and the tennis court is a pool house providing shade for viewing and changing room facilities. A kitchen and BBQ area is also available for residents.
  • A tennis court - hard surface - enclosed with a high fence and with lights for evening games. A basketball court is also incorporated.
  • Security is well ensured at Amalfi Court with electronically controlled gates, dedicated security guards, internal phones and security cameras.
  • Although cyclones are few and far between in Vanuatu, the building is equipped with cyclone quality roller shutters to the main terrace area which retract when fully parked.
  • The water supply to the main building provides water that is treated by a central plant before metered out to individual residencies.
  • Due to the soft South Easterly trade breezes, the complex enjoys a gentle temperature. However, for those residents who wish to install air conditioning, provision has been made for conduits within the building for units to be installed later if so desired.
  • The first ever residential lift in Vanuatu is Otis designed, installed and allows plenty of space for passengers or large pieces of furniture to be moved.
